"Our bodies know that they belong; it is our minds that make our lives so homeless ...
The art of belonging is the recovery of the wisdom of rhythm."

John O'Donohue

We all face challenges at times in our life. You don’t have to do it alone.

Maybe you are dealing with the stress and uncertainty of transitioning careers, relationships, or maybe you are overwhelmed by new roles as becoming a parent or taking on new responsibilities. Maybe you just know all too well that feeling of getting more and more stuck in the mud. Maybe the constant barrage of existential external crises’s has eroded your footing.

You don’t have to white knuckle it alone, you don’t have to wait till you are overwhelmed or until your current coping mechanisms don’t work anymore and you hit rock bottom. There is no shortcut to doing the emotional work that these times call for, and I know that sitting in the mud with someone is better than being stuck alone.

Being an immigrant to the US, having changed careers, citizenship, as well as identifying as queer allows me a unique vantage point. I am committed to helping individuals, couples and families on their growth journey and believe that therapy is a collaborative process. Psychotherapy, for me, is rooted in building a strong process-focused RELATIONSHIP informed by my CORE VALUES.
